      Rampant Incompetence and inefficiencies "Plenty of fat" to be trimmed People managing teams who were promoted for reasons other than leadership skills, leading to problematic people in positions of leadership Good Ol' Boys Club Mentality Unhealthy competition between business units that should be collaborating extensively instead Stingy and Draconian-Style PTO policy Potentially problematic company culture for some demographics Abhorrently long hours that impede on work life balance

      Pros

      Awesome insurance benefits and SOME decent trucks.

      Cons

      The company will run the drivers to death. You don't get a full 10 off between shifts. They will have you back in and riding in a sleeper to your first stop and consider that as part if your reset. All the while you have already had to report in sort paperwork and secure the load and equipment in the truck before leaving for what sometimes turns into a 20 plus hour route..not worth the shallow promises they offer.
