Bonus structure tries hard to overcompensate and make up for the high levels of toxicity and the absence of psychological safety.

Cons

- Onboarding was haphazard, unorganized, and mismanaged. - Computer systems were not properly established for new hires. - The company may have had the longest Workday implementation in the history of Workday. - The environment fosters "back-biting" and gamesmanship among teammates to receive favor from upper management. - Rules and policies were not evenly applied. - Onboarding computer-based training was slightly peppered with grammatical errors and misinformation. - Entrance into HQ is not wheelchair accessible. - Asking questions that reveal the company's unethical and/or unlawful activity will get you terminated quickly. - Employees engage in sabotage against other employees. This includes members of management. - Management does not have diversity initiatives to represent Jewish employees, when the person who leads diversity is Jewish. - The company used an "Accident Review Board" system to give medical-related opinions from non-medically trained employees to adversely affect another employee's employment status. - Plus so much more....
