Could pay more. Be less strict with attendance

Tractors and trailers were the worse , always breaking down , poor maintenance on them. Management didn’t listen to us about the unsafe tractors and trailers , very very poor maintenance and management. They did not care about our concerns about the UNSAFE Trucks we were driving , they just said get them to the next location. Vechs were NOT MAINTAINED, always having problems with the vechs , just a VERY POOR managed company. We would write up the tractors and the trailers we where driving having unsafe problems , but management just did NOT LISTEN!!!! Drivers having life threatening accidents due to management not listening to us drivers about the VERY POOR maintained vechs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR MCLANE! EVEN IF THE PAY WAS $200,000 a year , it would not be worth losing your life over ! Avoid working for this company !
