You need to like the cold. Upper management doesn’t respect or listen to lower management. Mandatory overtime. The company never seems to learn from past mistakes. Every time they hire a new president they ignore the past or what’s already working, in favor of new ideas, many of which have failed in the past but again, upper management doesn’t listen to those who have experience. Human Resources is atrocious.
