Pros
For a large Healthcare System they make it a priority to treat everyone fairly and they are all about giving the patients and their families great care. I left for a higher paying job which so far has been one of the biggest mistakes that I have made.
Cons
There were politics involved there at certain levels, however that is difficult to keep out of any organization whether large or small.
