Pay was competitive. Hours are flexible

Cons

You have to know someone working there in order to get an interview. Recruiters only forward applications for review upon hiring manager request.

Biggest employer in town. Offer PTO, and benefits. The 401k program they use is great. They also offer a company match.

Cons

Paid time off is low until you get a lot of years of service in. Sometimes management doesn’t allow you to transfer within McLeod and that isn’t right.
