Pros

Excellent CEU opportunities. Great co-workers. Room to grow. Worked with me when I went back to college to further my education even more. Even though my new degree took me out of the hospital setting. I would work there again.

Cons

Busy fast pace. High volume patient procedure schedule. Pay was on low side for what I did at that time period.

You receive paychecks on a regular basis.

Cons

This is the most political and poorly run employer i have ever worked for. The radiology department is always understaffed. The equipment is often broken or being held together with mismatched parts. The staff is largely cynical and unmotivated.

Coworkers and patients are the only pros. Nothing about McLeod Health is a pro otherwise.

Cons

Management promotes a sneaky atmosphere of spying on employees, firing those who complain and being spiteful to any employee who disagrees with policy or speaks up about problems within the facility.
