      You receive paychecks on a regular basis.

      Cons

      This is the most political and poorly run employer i have ever worked for. The radiology department is always understaffed. The equipment is often broken or being held together with mismatched parts. The staff is largely cynical and unmotivated.

      Spacious room.Superlative goals.charity driven. Regular inservice. Easy promotion to some, depending on comm. negotiating skill.Corporate outlook core quality.Easy access to learn for new staff.

      Horizontal violence from bottom to top prevalent.PTO may not be Rights but privilege? Not conducive place to work in harmony. Colleague unprofessional. Superior unfairness. Can not trust in this environment.
