Job involves a great deal of walking and physical repetition (good exercise). Interesting look at hospital inner workings e.g. operating theaters, supply rooms, emergency room. Older staff were very helpful in training and explaining procedures.

Cons

Hourly wage was low but has since been increased. Management with a few exceptions was not active enough in monitoring their shifts for complacent workers.
