Pros

Salary, healthcare, cash and deferred profit sharing, work/life balance are all hard to beat! Culture is slowly moving in the right direction.

Cons

Robotic, uninspiring work. If you're ambitious and not a management trainee, don't expect much. The ceiling is not glass, it's concrete!

Pros

Great competitive pay Fabulous bonus Unbeatable benefits

Cons

Terrible culture. Dog eat dog. Worked there for 2 years and would NEVER refer a friend to work there while I was there, or after. Turnover is extremely high. Which sucks because they hire really smart and thoughtful folks.
