Pros

Casual Dresscode Great Pay Reasonable hours Nice cafeteria food

Cons

It's like the "sunken place". Very stuck in their ways and not willing to try anything new. Old technology that hasn't been updated since the 80's. Culture is very stoic and up tight.

Pros

Great pay, great benefits, and the company overall is a pleasure to work for. Could ask for a better work/life balance. Company doesn't allow you to take work home with you, so you have no choice to disconnect.

Cons

Supervisors are great with numbers and analyzing data, but horrible with people. Things change constantly and very little communication is given about those changes. I feel like I'm constantly going to get fired.

Pros

Pay. Free Health insurance for entire family. Work-life balance. Paid for grad school.

Cons

Management. No career advancement. While you work with a lot of smart people, there are also a lot of unmotivated people who do the bare minimum to meet expectations since they can't/won't move up.
