Pros

Great work life balance. 40 hours and done. Rarely when there is OT, you will always be asked and fairly compensated. Never take work home Amazing benefits Great coworkers Low stress

Cons

Work becomes monotonous, repeating the same daily tasks No true sense of accomplishment Young management team You can be transferred to another department at any time No opportunities for advancement

Pros

Amazing benefits. Company paid holiday diners, Company paid health insurance for you and your dependents, generous company performance bonuses, Adoption assistance, and tuition assistance plus an awesome cafeteria with a great food selection for low cost.

Cons

Some snobby workers, robot work (nothing really changes in your day to day activities unless you're a manager) Managers were very much into the good ole boy management style. If you're not their friend, forget trying to move forward with the company.
