Benefits are unbelievably generous work/life balance Lack of stress for non-management 40 hours a week, OT and holidays are strictly volunteer only
Cons
If you're not hired as a supervisor or manager you probably never will be Supervisors and managers switch departments frequently for their own development so there is a lot of leadership turnover It's not very fulfilling work, but it lets you have plenty of time to do what you love outside of work.
