Pros

Compensation and benefits are excellent and above average for this type of work. Profit sharing program is very generous.

Cons

It's warehouse work so it is repetitive and can be at times boring. Expectations are high but attainable.

Pros

Profit share, cash bonus, healthcare plan, tuition reimbursement, working with really smart co-workers

Cons

Excessively stressful work environment; constant fear of getting fired; demoralizing experience as you only hear about your mistakes and never the positive; unfriendly work atmosphere (you don't know the names of people who sit four feet away if they are not in your department); Poor management- they are afraid of losing their jobs so they throw you under the bus when necessary
