Pros

Pay. Benefits. Work schedule.

Cons

Management flat out lies in annual reviews. The work is mindless. No one meets expectations consistently and if they find someone that does they find other ways to belittle and demoralize them. You constantly are fearful of losing your job and people get fired regularly. Most folks won't even make eye contact in the hallway because they are socially awkard, typically management is the worst of these encounters. Zero people skills. It's a real shame because job culture is a choice. They have the foundation to be a great company to work for but for whatever reason they love to make people unhappy and watch them squirm. It's quite sick and mentally abusive actually.

Pros

Great pay, really can't beat the benefits , close proximity to the city

Cons

The feeling that you really never know if your job is secure. If you can live with that then it can be a great place while you're here .
