Pros

The very best and brightest people work here. Yes, the pay and benefits are out of this world, but the best thing about this place is the people. The work is challenging and fulfilling, contrary to those ridiculous and fictitious books for sale on Amazon. I could write a book (and make money) about this place too, but it doesn't mean any of it's true.

Cons

You have to be okay with not having a fancy title or a corner office. Truly not a con for me, but you have to be okay with checking your ego at the door. Everyone that works here is smart and accomplished. That's who they hire.

Pros

Glass door is making me enter a minimum of five words for pros. There

Cons

false promises and incredibly demanding environment. I see a lot of people here mention the pay, but honestly its not worth it and only seems like a lot of money to those who are used to doing unskilled labor. The culture is set up so only those personalities used to simple and mundane repetitive tasks with zero ambition are likely to succeed
