Pros

The only reason this company is getting any stars is the people, benefits and salary structure. I have never made so much money from such a menial position. I even got my MBA on their dime. They make it a practice to hire unique, people, so I made a lot of good friends there.

Cons

There is practically zero growth potential. You are not allowed to voice your opinions, unless you are looking to get fired. People with real potential are shifted back into the masses and then given lateral "promotions", but generally set up for failure to do tasks that do not suit them or their skill sets.

Lack of concern for employees

Pros

Benefits and end of year bonus.

Cons

They hire non experienced fresh out of ivy league for management. If hired as something other than management, you will go nowhere. You can be a shining star to some management, but once ONE manager dislikes you, your stay is over. I had great reviews for years and then I got a manager who disliked me and it was nothing but bad reviews. After 6 years of nothing but accolades and rewards they put me through a roller coaster year of "You're doing great" and "You suck, you're job is in jeopardy", they let me go.

Masters of Efficiency

Pros

Very quick to respond to customers, very efficient at everything they do. Benefits are very, very good.

Cons

Huge amounts of turnover based off of people quitting and getting fired. I never saw anyone smile there. The work culture is awful, and it seems like the company just tries to throw money at their employees so that they feel "valued."
