      The pay and benefits are amazing for the type of work. You won't find a warehouse job with this total package.

      You do not exist and will be ignored 95% of the time so just focus and push through it without thinking too much

      Pros

      The people that I worked with were amazing. They were all smart, creative, and typically nurturing. They were truly invested in seeing the company succeed, and wanted others to have that same passion. The benefits there are also wonderful, and make you feel valued as an employee.

      Cons

      Communication could be vastly improved. Most was disseminated from rumors and gossip, and by the time it was officially released, people were often stressed and confused about what the new changes would bring. The company is secretive in all things, and this is reflected in their policies towards staff.
