Pros

Great pay and great people. I made some really great friends in the time that I worked there. The cafeteria food was good. Management performed regular evaluations so you know where you stand, what you did well, and what you needed to work on. Great benefits.

Cons

Some of the shifts eat up the entire day. When I left, I was working 10–6:30pm. It felt like all I did was work and sleep. Management also seemed to be isolated in that their methods of coming up with new ideas were often couched in mystery and not shared with the employees. Not much room for upward mobility.

Pros

The pay and benefits are unmatched anywhere. Most of the employees are pretty cool also. The retirement plan is the best I've ever seen.

Cons

There is no rhyme or reason to why people are promoted or cross trained in different areas. If you don't kiss butt, don't count on moving to different departments or being promoted.
