Pros

The pay is among the best that you'll ever see for someone in their 20s. Management candidate are hired in between $75 to $100K which is absurd and free insurance is unheard of. Also, they pay for your school 100%, including books and you can leave the day after you get your degree.

Cons

You are also working with the best and brightest people around, hence it can seem pretty competitive at times. Some will have no issues stepping over you but once in a while, you'll find some that are actually good and have morals. Many of the staff members are also way over qualified for their jobs but they are there due to the pay and benefits. The culture is also pretty toxic, everyone is fearful of losing their jobs at any moment. The turnover is management is also pretty constant and consistent so the vesting opportunity isn't as good as it may first seem.

Pros

The compensation and benefits are nice. You have a set schedule and you're off on the weekends. Upon being hired you automatically get paid vacation and personal days.

Cons

High anxiety about making mistakes. The department moves are literal meaning its almost impossible to be considered for management. It is difficult to change departments. Company morale is not the greatest.

Pros

amazing work, brilliant upper management, and you have a support system in place to implement work and learn. this is a great place to learn ops and people management, also learn to fail

Cons

there is a lack of transparency on how you're performing. you need to be able to live in that ambiguity. it's a pretty competitive environment.
