Pros

Benefits package is extraordinary and you probably won't find that anywhere else , that is the biggest pro offered !

Cons

There is a lack of job security,it can be seen as a revolving door, lack of updated technology, management pushes strict expectations but can not direct you into being successful bc they have not experienced your role

Pros

All if the comments on benefits are true. However, there is a large price to pay to get those benefits. If good benefits are important to you, this is a place I would recommend.

Cons

No career advancement. It doesn't matter how much education you have. There are people with Master's degrees in data entry.

Pros

Salary & Benefits Opportunity Advancement Profit Sharing Forward-looking company

Cons

Company has core vision on how it should operate, so not a lot of opportunity to influence change in company operations or direction.
