Pros

Ridiculously good benefits package, good work-life balance, behind-the-curtains perspective into a wide swath of business partners.

Cons

Zero room for advancement unless you come in through the management program, very little opportunity to develop professionally, very little chance to exercise any creativity or independent thought, the realization that your success is defined by your ability to repeat mundane processes as quickly and correctly as possible.

Pros

Benefits are not worth it! Everyone gets reeled in by the golden handcuffs, but this is such an awful place to work.

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. No one cares about your happiness and you only exist to serve the company. HR is astonishingly proud of the fact that they changed our slogan from "A great place to work" to "A place for great work." They promote a culture of fear, which results in extreme competition. Everyone in staff and management is willing to stab you in the back to advance themselves. You can't trust anyone and always have to watch what you say.
