Pros

This company offers a great salary and benefits which include profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, discounts to events. Most people are nice to work with.

Cons

Given time constraints some training efforts are condensed however over the years they've improved. If they like you, they like you; if they don't, then good luck. They have an extremely high turnover rate.
