Pros

AWESOME pay and benefits, especially for the simple work.

Cons

You will EARN every penny. The jobs are very physical and tedious (boring!) and management treats you like a machine, not a person.

Pros

Benefits, benefits, benefits. Pays pretty well. You work with some cool people.

Cons

If you are not hired into the management development role, you pretty much have no opportunity for career advancement. There are lots of lateral "promotions" but the chance for vertical promotions is pretty much non-existent. Many of the managers are managers because they went to college at a prestigious school, not because they know how to manage people or a company. Lots of micromanagement.
