      Pros

      Great pay and free school with no strings attached. Employees (not management) that work here are some of the most genuine, smart, and hardworking you'll find anywhere.

      Cons

      I'm not kidding when I say that nearly everyone in management eventually quits or gets fired. Don't be naive and think that they'll treat you differently. It's just a matter of time. My advice is to get free school as soon as you can--be that a masters in something you love or say a free MBA from Kellogg's school of management and then get out. Management and upper management leave much to be desired. Don't trust anyone!!
