      Very good pay and benefits for mind-numbingly simple and repetitive tasks.

      Cons

      Working here was a harrowing, soul sucking experience. Looking back years later with more work experience to compare it with, the culture at McMaster Carr seems even more abusive than I thought at the time. A constant stream of directionless negative feedback and rigid performance reviews designed to rank employees but give no tangible path to success. You will not be respected in this environment.
