Pros

The pay and dollar-measured benefits are unusually good for line workers. The facilities are well-maintained and most processes are well thought-out. The company presents an ideal environment for those who thrive on performing well, repetitive tasks.

Cons

The company stocks and sells things to customers who want the things to be what they expect and in the quantity needed. Most of the people employed by M-C are engaged in the handling of some very small aspect of the movement of those things. The company is too analogous to life in its clear message of the substituitability of people. Isoquants Unite!

Pros

Good pay, profit sharing full tuition reimbursement, paid benefits

Cons

Too bad a few bad apples spoil what could be a wonderful place to work. Pays well but expectations are near perfection. If you can't keep that pace up as long as you're employed, then you will be canned no matter how many years you've worked your ass off.
