      Unique environment, high level of turnover, majority of front line supervisors are right out of school

      Unique environment, very bright management, ability to work on teams for specific projects, good salary, benefits, tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Supervisors are right out of school and are book smart but many do not manage people well, focus is on the process but not the people (outside of pay/benefits).

      Never a dull moment; highly-intelligent, helpful coworkers and supes; unheard of benefits; logical processes and procedures; helpful feedback (when sought); development opportunities (when sought); family-friendly company; high expectations; supportive hr and supervisors.

      Cons

      High productivity standards; very rigid time structure; if you do not receive informal guidance, you may not be aware of how supportive supes, mgmt and hr can be or how accessible they can be for development in one's role.

      Pros

      Fair pay for the amount of work you do. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management - they hire smart people and then have them do menial tasks. You definitely feel like a number and not a person. They take pride in treating you like an infant and micromanaging you. Finally, they give you monthly reviews and they are so transaction focused they sometimes forget about the big picture.
