Pros

Tuition reimbursement, health insurance, yearly bonus.

Cons

No actual respect for employees. You're input doesn't count and you're constantly talked down to. And the sad thing is, most employees have degrees and experience but we're treated like be barely received a GED. Lack of understanding. You're treated like one of the items in the catalog-just there to make money.

Pros

Benefits and salary are great. They also pay for school if you are looking to do that. They dont believe in taking any work home with you.

Cons

Micromanagement and no room for advancement at this place. If you want to move up in a company, please look elsewhere.
