Pros

Excellent benefits, great pay, great bonuses, easy work. Lots of vacation time, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, cafeteria, friendly people. The base pay is very high for the work involved but the work is enjoyable for any undergrad student.

Cons

Zero job security, fear driven, ( Am i the next one ) ( Got em Chile) every day one is employed there, they become less marketable in the "real world" as no skills are ever acquired while working there, so beware of how long you stay. Micromanagement......

Pros

Well compensated for work completed; decent work-life balance; amazing retirement plan; fancy Christmas parties (rented out Franklin Institute in 2012); good benefits (used to be better); tuition reimbursement; product discounts; nice on-site cafeteria

Cons

Fear-based culture; no promotions if hired as an employee; stale promotions if hired as management; non-specific and inconsistent feedback by management; highly repetitive and non-rewarding work; antiquated WMS that is difficult to learn and won't be a selling point on a resume because no one else uses it; creativity is not valued at the employee level; a lot of micromanaging at the employee level

Pros

Compensation is amazing--very conducive to work-life balance. Expectations are usually very clearly communicated and once you start working, feedback is constant and your standing is always made clear.

Cons

Work can get repetitive, management is not always very fair with expectations. Mistakes are not tolerated and turnover / attrition is expected and on a regular basis.
