the nature of the business is a bit dry. because there is no room for advancement, you do not enjoy the fruit of your labor. there is no sense of contribution or accomplishment associated with the job. i actually always get "meets expectations" and am told i am a top performer, but i get absolutely no satisfaction from the job. i can't even say "the job sucks, but i work with great people", as i've been here a couple of years and have no relationships as i am stuck at my desk on the phone the entire time i'm there.

Exceptionally condescending attitude from management. Managers + directors have no understanding how to motivate employees or make them feel valued. Eventually anyone with any sense of pride or who wants to feel like they work in an environment where they're valued will quit.
