      good pay, comfortable environment, good people, benefits are amazing. great facility, profit sharing, full tuition reimbursement, casual dress code, good hours.

      Cons

      probably the same as any other company. most management trainees are unfairly overcompensated. promotions could / should be considered in-house.

      Pros

      What can I say it pays the bills. Ok pay. I've worked harder for a lot less money.

      Cons

      At night I lay down and think of the day. I picture some guy on top of a tower with drums chanting, CHECK, CHECK, CHECK. Welcome to checking. I think McM hires a lot of smart people and everyone wants to advance and there is limited room. This is why you see a lot of reviews about not being able to move up. I've learned to just roll with the punches and do my job and limit errors. So far really no big cons.

      Pros

      It's impossible to find another company to offer fresh graduates from college a chance to manage a department of 30 employees more than twice their age. The company offers generous pay and excellent benefits including tuition reimbursement and non-contribution profit-sharing

      Cons

      While it offers an excellent professional development opportunity, the work is not glamorous on paper or in real life. Also, warehouse management is physically demanding. The management team is extremely detail-orientated.
