Pros

* Benefits: great parental leave, medical benefits at no (premium) cost, cash profit sharing, retirement benefit * Hybrid work model * High quality co-workers * Ability to turn work "off" at the end of the day

Cons

Micromanaging is out of control. There is no trust or transparency between management and generalists. Whenever you and your team works hard and does well to have any success they change the goal posts and make it impossibly hard to be successful again. I'm all for high expectations but within reason. It feel like they always need someone 'failing' in order to feel like they're being successful.

Too toxic

Pros

Pay, benefits, work life balance (in some roles)

Cons

Everything. If you even make one mistake, they are so unforgiving. You can get a successful performance review one day and they can fire you the next month. Upper management is so toxic and rude and scary. They truly operate on a culture of fear and I don’t know one person who works at the company who enjoys their time. Everyone it’s constantly anxious and it is not worth the health problems. This is a job, not a career. None of the roles are transferable to other companies since most of the opportunities are very niche. I would only work here if you expect to stay for less than two years.
