You'll meet great people and build a good network of professionals and potential clients.

Cons

Nepotism and a culture of favoritism. Oftentimes the most incompetent person is in charge. Cheap labor practices. Cuts corners and undercuts at employees' inconvenience. Lacks a solid business vision.

Cons

It's a family owned business and they are a big family. You will never make it to the top or even get far up the ladder.
