      Salary, benefits, good work schedule

      Cons

      Liberal coworkers who can’t coexist with anyone who don’t share their views. Contradicting “the Mcwane Way” by not being honest, lacking integrity, and displaying any character. Individualism trumps team building. Disorganized, inconsistency, and terrible training techniques.
