      Elitist & Arrogance Corporate Culture

      Good people in the lower echelons.

      Cons

      No culture - Short term view and only focused on financial results - People and infrastructure are after-thoughts or not considered - The corporate sr. managers have created an environment of "US-and-Them" - Only select few are allowed inside the leadership circle and the rest are kept out. Not open to outside views or new ideas. If you consider yourself a professional and want to join a progressive company, this would not be a good environment for you.

      Pros

      Unless you work in the Corporate office there is no Pro's. They are all compensated handsomely and fly around in white unmarked corporate jets.

      Cons

      Smoke stack industry, they have broken every environmental law ever written. PBS, NY Times has plenty of history on that for those who want to research.
