Pros

YOU have a Job, unless there is a Shut Down, but you wont know that until a few days before.

Cons

Poor Mangement engagement. Low morale due to lack of communication. No incentive for employees to excel. Management is always on edge due to production goals from corporate. Management has no idea how work affects the culture and morale, therefor there is such high attrition rate. There seems to be an elitist and arrogance bug amongst senior management. Will seldom talk to regular employee. VERY DIFFICULT TO MOVE UP or TRANSFER due to low staffing. Everyone is replaceable.
