      Pros

      There were some good and pleasant people to work with.

      Cons

      Poor communication, lacked documentation, lacked clear direction. Was very poorly organized. Constant "software" problems with pay, benefits, deposits, health insurance, etc. Was often times required to to things incorrectly to not offend more ignorant upper management.
