The company has a wonderful culture first and foremost. You never feel like a number and you are really able to grow into the role you want to see yourself in with the help from your team and management. There are many technical experts within the company who are willing to teach and spend time with you to become a professional in your field. This company invests a lot in its employees. Work/Life balance is solid, as long as you get your work done the company is reasonably flexible. The company offers both vacation and sick days instead of the PTO system, which is a huge benefit because you don't have to wait to accrue sick time. Also, the company allows you to "Dress Your Day" which is an awesome perk you don't see everywhere. The employee ownership program is second to none. The company stock increased every year I was with the company, and it's honestly the best investment you could make in yourself. I can't recommend it enough. Lastly the people of the company are awesome to work with. I was lucky to have a great team in my office.
