Pros

I've been here almost 11 years and thoroughly enjoyed them all! The work, employees, management, benefits, culture - it's all top notch. M&H is all about the People, both employees and clients, and all of the company's actions attest to that. If something is not right, M&H will find a way to make it right. I switched departments about 5 years ago because I found something I liked better and had complete support. My coworkers are amazing, the office environment is great and the culture is unbelievably fun! I can't recommend this company enough!

Cons

Sometimes doing the right thing might been a few extra hours, but M&H always takes care of us too.

Pros

Mead & Hunt places a high priority on people. Whether it's providing training and career growth opportunities or providing the flexibility and freedom to take your child to the dentist. I appreciate the level of trust by management for employees to do the right thing. Mead & Hunt also cares about their clients (very important people!), allowing the time to build relationships and learn and take care of their needs. It's also a lot of fun! We get to work on challenging projects while also playing miniature golf in the office!

Cons

Company culture is slow to fire. This might be seen as a positive? (meaning that they invest in their employees. It takes time to let someone go)
