The company cares about their employees greatly as well as their clients. The work place is friendly and welcoming. We enjoy having fun while getting our work completed. Our company values and culture are important to both employees and corporate management.

Cons

Other than a little minor internal restructuring, I don't have any complaints.

Typical corporate mindset. Everything is much harder than it needs to be and it takes forever to get anything done.

Pros

Coworkers were friendly and competent. No additional pros to working here. I did not enjoy the work and found management abhorrent.

Cons

Management is awful. They do not give clear direction and were terrible at communicating with staff. Projects are boring and very limited - there is no variation in work, which is contrary to what I was told when hired. There is little room for advancement.
