Sometimes staffing swings can be a challenge with big projects coming on board and being cancelled outside of your control.

Cons

Changing culture with lots of policy changes. They are losing sight of what makes this a great company, taking care of people and doing what makes sense. They are not doing this anymore as the company continues to grow at an unsustainable pace.
