Pros

Company has great benefits, CEO and HR actually listen to employees and implement suggestions/requests. Good pay, very interesting work.

Cons

Large company and your experience in the company can be different depending on who your boss is. They also grew through mergers quite quickly which creates a lot of chaos.

Pros

This is a company that truly lives its values: We empower people to take care of people, do the right thing, and do what makes sense. Pay and benefits are great. Flat organization structure with only one profit center makes a very agile company focused on shared purpose. Despite current trends to the contrary, the company has continued to embrace diversity and inclusion in the workforce, not as some sort of quote system, but to provide the kind of workplace where all employees feel they can be their best.

Cons

When I joined the company we were about 600 people and now sit at around 1500. This has created a challenge to ensure our culture is maintained while still evolving systems that support that level of staffing. Thankfully, we have leadership that is very focused on ensuring we meet that challenge while keeping the employee experience central.
