I could not find any

Cons

The parent company is good. However, in my opinion, the local office (Fenton, MI) that joined later does not reflect the same standards. I personally felt the management style created an unhealthy work environment, and I would not recommend this office.

The company has a great culture and is all around enjoyable to work for. It is employee owned and has great leadership. The company has annual performance evaluations and raises so inflation doesn’t outpace the pay and contributions are recognized.

Cons

Pay + benefits might not be as high as elsewhere starting out. Working with offices across the country can be “clunky.”
