When I Started it was a great place to work. It went downhill at a rapid base.

Cons

Went from really bad to eh

Pros

The last 19 months were really bad, where employees were under appreciated. But since the new ownership change (Ford Financial) the future looks bright. Employee appreciation is significantly higher since the change.

Cons

Salaries are low. Being an exempt or non-exempt employee is a crap shoot, as employees in similar positions with the same job duties are both exempt and non-exempt.

Pros

Decent benefits. Friendly people to work with.

Cons

No room for promotion. Upper management has no sense of motivation or leadership. Not enough pay for the risk of working at a bank.
