attainable sales goals, little-to-no stress, slow paced environment

Cons

Organization is going down hill especially when Ford Financial bought 65% of the shares and Krista Steele was hired(now let go), decline in growth, always issues with systems and technology, management gets away with everything, no benefits, no set guidelines- rules depends on who you ask!

Friendly co-workers. Close knit. Really, that's it. I don't have anything else to say. I'm just typing to get to the 20 word minimum to be able to post this review.

Cons

Management is the worst. Morale was very low. Pay is lower than average. They do not care about their employees.
