Work from home sometimes, but you will get the evil eye from your manager if you don't show up enough.

Cons

Unprofessional executive team that really has no idea how to manage a company or its people. The pay is absolutely horrible and there is no possibility to make a decent commission check here. If you are a decent salesperson, do not settle for Mechdyne!
