-tons of travel -great people working there -awesome technology and systems you get to work with

Cons

-smaller company so less money than large companies -a lot of time away from family if that is something that is a concern of yours

Pros

This is a company who truly lives out their core values and it is refreshing to see in today's society. Great to feel you are contributing to the company and working with all levels of teammates in the company. Benefits, profit sharing, and 401k are great. Mechdyne also has monthly socials for teammates where they recognize the good things going on in the company and teammates who are performing well.

Cons

Can sometimes feel stretched thin during busy times.

Nice Office, nice local staff

Cons

The company is not trustworthy and nothing they say holds any weight. They do not pay well, they do not put any weight in longevity, they do not know how to operate in the Chicagoland market. They will let all of their talent leave and then wonder why projects don't go smoothly. Incredibly high turnover rate. No commitment to their teammates. They talk about culture but do not live up to what they say. The two top individuals in the company care about one thing and that's their pocket book at any cost. The hiring process is tedious and no matter how talented you are if you don't fall into their acceptable range on the hours of assessments you must do you will not even be considered.
