      Nothing to mention specifically as pro.

      Cons

      Almost everything. The entire experience. Physical and mental torture. Favoritism. Nepotism. Crazy level of stress. Nightmarish. Work over weekend, holidays and late nights. No respect for employees. Management can't be trusted. They lie or even swear to make you work extra. No time to spend with family. No work from home option even in case of emergency. Crazy shift timings. So much more worse that I'll run out of words. Please avoid.
