The benefits are good and people are nice. Building is nice. Handling of Covid/work from home was good.

Cons

Management puts results above what is the right thing to do for the employees. The goals are unrealistic, if quality was actually as important as they say it is.

You show up, do your work, and have fun with coworkers along the way; management will love you if you can do that. There is a saying “when you do it right, nobody notices.” That is not true here, you are rewarded for being a hard worker.

Cons

Can be stressful at times- but still rewarding thanks to bonuses.

Adequate pay, decent benefits, bonuses, good location

Cons

Micro managing from internal and external people. Quota is set too high to do the job the way it should be done the first time around, given what we have to work with. Then your QA is affected because you didn’t have the time to do it right. Overall company communication is good, but departmental level is not.
